Mist Stockholm Trend & Body Art Contest

Make Up Institute this year arranging what will be the first international body painting contest ever held in Sweden. Co-arranger is World Body Painting Association.

Are you a bodypainting or make up-artist, airbrush artist or other type of picture artist? Make Up Institute invites you to send an application and to take part in the contest which will be held in Stockholm October 18, 2008.

Make Up Institute invites You to visit the school at 6 October 2008, 10-12 am. Visit us and look at the school premises, meet the teachers and have Your questions answered.

Make Up Institute is now located at Grev Turegatan 3 - same building as Sturegallerian.

Travel the subway to Östermalmstorg, exit towards Stureplan.

10 Year Anniversary

2007 means a 10 Year anniversary for MakeUp Institute. To celebrate this the whole crew and the spring course students went, on the school expense, to the World Bodypainting Festival in Seeboden in Austria. It was, as usual, a strong experience for everyone.

On July 21, the saturday evening, Make Up institute held a 10 year anniversary party for the students and other guests.

World Body Painting Festival

Make Up Institutes head master, Shaul Moalem, was for the third time a member of the jury at the worlds´ largest bodypainting contest held in July 20-22, 2008 in Austria.

The jury comprises of seven well-renowned body painting artist from seven different countries.

Make Up Institute - Diploma Hand-Out

At May 4, Make Up Institute had a breaking-up party and diploma hand-out for the spring
semester students of 2007. The party were held at the Blue Moon Bar. We had an great time, and the party kept going till 03.00 am since no one wanted to go home...

Student Contest

Each semester Make Up Institute arranging a trend competition/contest for the students. They
have to completely style a model, taking hairstyling, make up, clothes and background into consideration.
