Make Up Institute Stockholm was proud to collaborate with IKEA for the launch of their new collection on Saturday, 29 August 2026. Across 19 IKEA locations throughout Sweden, 38 of our talented makeup artists brought the experience to life by creating makeup looks for customers. A nationwide collaboration combining beauty, creativity and the exciting launch of IKEA’s latest collection.

On 7th May 2026, Make Up Institute Stockholm conducted an online master class on Luxury International Bridal Makeup for students of Swiss School of Beauty India.

The session focused on modern luxury bridal techniques, global beauty trends, and professional makeup artistry, giving students valuable international industry exposure.

Our Master Makeup Artist students recently joined an exclusive advanced masterclass with legendary celebrity makeup artist @jasmiinamua, focusing on brush techniques, extreme makeup, and competition artistry.

Students gained hands-on experience, creative inspiration, advanced techniques, and real-world industry insight - all while having fun and learning from one of the best in the industry.

With experience across beauty, fashion, editorial, TV, and commercial projects, and awards including IBI Beauty Award and World Creative Makeup Award, Jasmiina will share her signature approach, creative insight, and leadership, helping students refine their craft and enhance their artistry.

Our makeup artists and students were part of the annual Handelsspexet theater show last Saturday. It was such a fun and inspiring experience to create unique makeup looks for the performers and bring their characters to life.
