What was your first big job as a makeup artist?
My first big paid job came right after makeup school, doing makeup for famous artists at a big Christmas concert. It was an unforgettable start to my career, and I will always be grateful for that opportunity.
What is the best thing about your job as a teacher?
What I love most about teaching is the variety, every day brings something new. But the best part? Seeing my students grow and hearing their success stories. That’s what makes it all worth it.
What is the best thing about this school?
What makes our school special? Our program is built by real makeup artists, for future makeup artists. We teach everything, from beauty to SFX, history to body painting, plus essential career skills like marketing, resumes and real jobs. Our students don’t just learn, they grow, practice and graduate truly ready for the industry.

What is the dream job for a makeup artist, in your opinion?
Everyone’s makeup dream is different, weddings, fashion, film, celebrities. The best part? With the right training, anything is possible. No matter your goal, there is a path to get there.
How does it feel to see students grow into professionals?
This is what it’s all about, seeing my students grow, succeed and ultimately spread their wings. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.
What’s your #1 best tip for new students?
My #1 tip? Stay passionate and stay humble. Passion keeps you going, humility makes you grow. Stay open, keep learning and trust the journey.
